OCAN VALLEY - Where the Blue Industry Turns Green: Solve Locally, Scale Globally
The Øresund region is uniquely positioned with proximity to sea, urban centers, transportation hubs, and knowledge centers. Copenhagen Malmö Port (CMP), located at the heart of this dynamic region, sees approximately 40,000 vessels passing annually through the sound, making it a critical logistical artery. The region is also a recognized leader in green technology and host the world's only maritime university.
In response to the growing demand for innovative, sustainable solutions and recognition that large-scale challenges require collaborative efforts, CMP initiated OCEAN VALLEY. This innovative cluster combines location, resources, and community within a sustainable ecosystem, addressing critical maritime, logistical, and related challenges.
